    Hi

You probably installed or started your website initially with www and changed it to without. Now you have a issue as the links in the database as setup original point to www.

You are cross domain loading icons now which some browser dont like or allow. Change your htaccess to fix this

    Hi

I did not remove any reply. And we are not searching for anything. We are allowed to ask if you have multiple licenses. What is wrong with asking? Would you not ask this if you are on our side? We are not accusing you of anything just checking.

We need access to your server by url and wp-admin and maybe ftp to see what is going on in order to help you.

This does not work for me http://www.namm.co.il and trows a server error. So how can i help you without access?

Maybe search the forum for cross+domain will give you a idea since i cannot check your url.

    Are you calling ? http://retex.fi/ instead of http://www.retex.fi/ ?

Have your hoster reroute the first one ( the one without www.) to the other by dns adjustments otherwise you have cross domain loading of font files which is possible but you need to alter your htaccess.

Search the forum for “cross domain” it is explained in more then one thread.

    Hi Jesper

we already have a tutorial on that as this only happens when you have moved your website and did not do it the correct way as our tutorial explains on how to do such with rt18.

It happens when you are cross domain loading the icon files.

You can see the original thread here.

    http://support-rt.com/forums/topic/relative-vs-absolute-link/

But since your header was encrypted i could not check the crossdomain loading.

    Hi

We cant fix that. Icons do not allow cross website loading

they are trying to load from www.

    “NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://www.deltron.hr/wp-content/themes/rttheme18/css/fontello/font/fontello.woff?63897202”

and that www. is not available in the second link.

setup your dns properly so either http://www.deltron.hr converts to http://deltron.hr or vice versa.

You cant have both ways unless you build two seperate websites.

In server terms http://www.deltron.hr is a subdomain !

    Hi

i can’t help you on this as the language font cant be loaded cross domains. You need to make sure your server is setup correctly and uses only www. or not the www

You could try to clear the laptops browser cache.

I’ve copied my website from one domain to another … but the frontpage of the theme doesn’t work – the menu’s work fine, the header is there but underneath the menu, its blank. would there be a license issue here or has anybody came across anything like this?. any help appreciated – The settings on both sites are identical.

I’m currently working on a site that has a large amount of information that is best presented in a table for each of the tabs that the information is on. Basically it is a city – zip table that is broken out into zones/demographics. I submitted a ticket to support previously and they had me insert the following code into the Styling Options for the theme. But alas, it still doesn’t want to compress the table information down.

Ideally this information would be single spaced. And would remain consistent across all of the tabs on the page.

The specific page that this information is being presented on is http://ltlchicago.com/service-area/. This site is to hopefully go live this weekend with the company’s primary domain name. So any help prior to that would be great.
