I cant assist you on that as there is no link and access to the website.

We cant recreate your issue. It works just fine.

1) we need ftp url + logins

2) wp-admin url + logins.

But then again be aware the theme is not advertised being wpml or polylang compatible. So it might very well be we cant (or the theme author wont ) even fix this.

If i add 4 widgets, two with language EN and two with language “ES” i see two widgets in the english page and two in the spanish page.

It works fine to me. You need to set in each widget the language. If you have the same problem as in polylang that ask a refund from wpml as then its a waste of money.

Also there is a forum rules. Please, as per forum rules, add a url to the problem page in your website when you post a issue. This way you speed up the support and we can see your issue.

Yes, I have done it, but I have the same problem like with Polylang.

I put the 4 rt -theme box widgets, but in a language go well and in another language get two up, two down….

I am sorry about that. We also have no testbed running with polylang as we have no buildin support for the plugin. The plugin has buildin support for wpml. With small code changes it will probably work in the theme.

Any further assistance i can not give you as we dont support the polylang plugin.

I am sorry but i can not help you on that.. wpml is a commercial plugin. The language buttons appear when the wpml plugin is active. Maybe try polylang and recode some of the theme functions for wpml?

If you dont know how to code please hire a coder from http://microlancer.net as we dont support that for which i apologize.

Note : RT11 does not have support for polylang buildin nor do we advertise that at themeforest. Any issues on that we unfortunately cant support.

You need to create products for each language and a shop page for each language and use the woo commerce multi language plugin but that only works with wpml if you want to make a multilanguage shop.
